Was happy with the freight and everything and asked a little about the specs of the box. Had 2 options; standard rebuild or go all out for an extra $1,000. I asked what the differences were in parts so I knew if it was worth me getting the better box and old mate refused to tell me any of the specs of the gearbox as “there’s too much price checking available online these days with young people”. So paying $4k for a box I had no idea on the specs for wasn’t really ideal for me. He had a stick up his arse and argued the whole phone call and said “if you want the gearbox you’ll just have to buy it. I’m not telling you what gets done to them” and then hung up on me. I’m now paying $1k more at another shop completely due to the great customer service there and the fact that they broke down the whole build for me

Wouldn't recommend, was even referred this company through a mutual friend!
