Store Manager has a brain that thinks only as far as he can spit. He wanted me to accept losing ten dollars because of a returns policy. If he had been trained to think outside the circle he would have realised that he is cutting his own lifeline by not giving me reasonable customer service.
ZERO star for idiotic policy on returns and customer service.
If I can deter only one customer from using this store, my job is done well.
