    One of the best quality of service I've experienced so far. However, regarding the imperial bar, I had hoped to interact with the service providers a bit more. It seems to be the character of Japanese bar in general, that the bartenders trying hard to respect privacy. For me, a words or two like "how's your drink," and a stroll for a few seconds infront of their customers to show that they are open for some interaction would have been better. Thank you.

    We had stayed many times in the Imperial Hotel in Osaka, so we wanted to stay at the original location in Tokyo, albeit of course not the original building. However, our stay at Tokyo Imperial Hotel had every bit of the grandeur that we might have expected from the legendary original . The building is beautiful, the room absolutely beyond our wildest imagination, and the hotel staff absolutely superb. We were especially impressed that the staff had a shared enthusiasm and pride in the Hotel's history , and the original Frank Lloyd Wright design. Our thanks to them all for a truly wonderful stay.

    A bit of forgotten 70s Flair. Polite Service, but if you're a smoker, you are going top have a hard time Findung a spot after 10 pm.. Overall: nice

    Incredible service. Great location. Comfortable and luxurious feel. Plenty of dining and shopping experiences within the hotel complex. Nice Christmas decorations in the lobby (large Christmas tree) made it feel very warm and inviting.

    Nice old style Tokyo Hotel.A bit like a time tunnel to 1964. Still nice. A pity that people are smoking in the cafe and restaurant.

    Not the most inviting of places, lots of slot machines etc... ringing out. Staff not particularly interested
