- Jane Added July 31, 2019★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆It’s disappointing when your teenage daughter wants to simply purchase a lip gloss on her way home from school with her own savings, and she is treated like a common thief. The sales lady followed her and watched her every move whilst she was browsing the cosmetics aisle trying to find a particular brand. The sales lady then requested over the loudspeaker for security cameras to change to a particular area. It was a very unpleasant, embarrassing situation for my daughter to be under such scrutiny and treated this way. Her every move was monitored, even getting her wallet out of her pocket to pay for her product. I understand a lot of people steal, but not every high-school student is a thief and should be treated with dignity and respect as customers. I work hard to provide for my family and teach them good morals. Even her appearance and attire was tidy and respectful. Do you really think a 14yr old who wears $300 shoes, $500 watch, $400 headphones, with an iPhone is interested in stealing a $4 lipgloss! Shame on the sales lady for her behaviour and making a young girl feel like a criminal. We won’t shop at your establishment again.
